《中国职场好榜样》是2011年全新推出的一档大型季播求职真人秀节目。节目旨在为优秀的人才寻找最合适的职位，为热门的企业寻找最合适的人才。每期节目将由包括知名企业高管在内的18位职场评审，对应聘者进行全方位的审判与最严格的挑选。《中国职场好榜样》将从亿万中国职场人士当中，寻找最具吸引力的新奇职位与最具榜样潜质的求职者，全景展现中国职场现状，力求呈现一代青年人的职场心态，树立正确的职场价值观，塑造“中国职场好榜样”。
“Career Idol” is a whole new job-hunting reality show. The first season broadcasts in 2011. In this program, there are 18 career judges including corporate executive to decide who gets the job. Career Idol will find the most attractive jobs and the potential career idols among hundreds of millions working people.It fully presents the current working situation and the working mentality of the youth in China. It sets up the correct workplace values and creates the “Career Idol”.
